Ben Ali Shriners have 12 Screening Clinics scheduled for 2011 Please review the schedule below for the one nearest you. Any child up to age 18 can be seen during any clinic without prior notice. A parent or legal guardian needs to fill out the screening clinic form prior being seen by a doctor. Forms are also available for you to fill out at all clinics.

Screening Clinics are not the only route whereby children can be accepted as a patient. Applications can be sent to the nearest Shriner's Hospital by family, a doctor, or a representative -- such as a school nurse or a Shriner who is acquainted with the family. Families may also make an appointment at the hospital for a screening examination by calling the Sacramento Shriner's Hospital, New Patient Coordinator (916) 453-2111.
